So we should try first running a disk check over the drive your QuickTime program files are stored on. The 2329 appears to be associated with file/disk damage, lora (much like the more-common 2330). I believe this happens when it is trying to initially install Quicktime, which I actually still have installed on my computer. Now, after saving and running the iTunes installer on my computer, I get error code 2329 while trying to install.
